ABOUT REALTOR FABI SPERLING 

Fabi is a California native.

She earned a bachelor degree in Marketing and Business Administration from FIDM and American Intercontinental University and holds over 25 years of business experience as a former small business entrepreneur.

Fabi's on going community involvement and network allows her the opportunity to meet and work with various business leaders in the Non-Profit, Political, Corporate, Entertainment, Health, Sports Industry, and private business sector.

Fabi’s ability to communicate and listen, interact and address challenging situations in her years of experience is an internal factor she dominates when representing her clients who are her #1 priority.

As a Realtor working with goal and result driven clients is one of her strengths. 

In her spare time, Fabi enjoys volunteering for various Women Entrepreneurial organizations and is a Girl Scouts Troop leader. 

Fabi believes in staying mentally and physically fit by playing Tennis, practicing Yoga and enjoying collaborating with other likeminded individuals thought her book club.

When not working she enjoys exploring new places, playing tennis, cooking along kids and entertaining family and friends for the holidays and on special occasion.
